This pattern includes step by step instructions for crocheting a FaeFoolery Cap that will fit the average adult sized head (22.5in) It also includes guidance on how to adjust the pattern to get your desired size/fit. My pattern testers head sizes ranged 21.5-25in and all the adjustments they made to get their desired fit are included in the Gallery of Testers as a reference.
As like most of my patterns, there are tons of photos (33 to be exact) included in this pattern to help folks who are visual learners get through this project. You will get 2 variations of the pattern: one that includes all the photos and one that's printer friendly without any photos.
I have labeled this pattern as intermediate; however, because of all the photos that are included, I believe adventurous, experienced beginners could get through this project as well.

Easy to read and the end result is very cute, my kids love it!
I am basically a beginning crocheter. My first big project, and first hat, was the Slouchy Witch Hat from the Entangled Fae (also amazing). While I found this hat a bit more technical the instructions are easy to follow a few quick video look ups to make sure I knew the right stitches, and it was pretty easy. The hardest part for me was working with black yarn which made it difficult to see and count stitches, but on the color changes to brighter yarn, I found it to be a breeze. I would say if you are a beginner you may want to hold off on this hat unless you enjoy a challenge. Otherwise, intermediate or above skill level, you shouldn't have a problem.
These patterns are endearing, enchanting, eclectic… and very easy to follow.
Did I mention the absolutely teeny tiny price. Such good value for money - I bought two patterns. Once I have finished my project, I will share a photo.
Will definitely buy other patterns.
